As a result of recent legislation passed in Germany, online gambling operators such as 188BET, are now required to obtain a German Gambling Licence.

We are notifying you to ensure you are aware that 188BET has announced they are no longer accepting players from Germany as of July 4th, 2012 due to the lack of German operating license.

188BET decision to obtain a German Gambling Licence is under review and if circumstances change we will advise you accordingly.

188BET will honour all pending bets and bets placed up until midnight (GMT) on 04 July 2012. When all bets including those pending, have been satisfied, 188BET will, in accordance with German legislation, return any balances to players’ accounts and then formally close the account. Accounts will be closed on 18th July 2012.
